Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent into the organization. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress interviews)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with Paychex, Taleo, UltiPro or similar HRIS systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,675.00 - $54,848.00 per year
